Grass-fed beef is best cooked at rare to medium-rare temperatures. If you prefer your meat to be cooked well done, use a low temperature. Because grass-fed beef is lower in fat, it cooks about 30% faster than other beef. Use a light oil coating for easy browning. This will also help prevent the meat from drying out and sticking to the cooking surface.
